Project data entered in these tools is stored in a database on shared hosting infrastructure operated by TransIP B.V. (Netherlands). The following data is stored per user account:

Name and email address
Project content entered by the user in the tools
Login timestamps

No payment data, medical records, or other sensitive personal data is processed or stored. Passwords are stored as one-way hashed values (bcrypt) and cannot be recovered.

Password hashing (bcrypt, cost 12)
Session expiry on browser close and after 24 hours
Rate limiting on login attempts (5 attempts per 15 minutes)
CSRF protection on all data-modifying requests
Per-user, per-tool access control managed by Diekmann Engineering

3. Shared hosting

This portal runs on shared hosting infrastructure. While databases are isolated per account, the underlying server is shared with other customers of the hosting provider. This platform is suitable for technical project data and engineering documentation. It is not suitable for medical records, financial data, or legally privileged information.

4. Availability

Diekmann Engineering does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this portal. Maintenance, hosting outages, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. No rights can be derived from the availability or content of this portal.

5. Liability

This portal and all tools within it are provided strictly as-is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.

Diekmann Engineering, its directors, employees, and affiliates expressly exclude all liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to liability for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
Loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to data stored in this portal
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any tool output or generated document
Any decision, action, or omission taken on the basis of information produced by these tools
Failure to meet any regulatory, legal, or certification requirement based on tool outputs
Interruption, suspension, or permanent termination of this portal
Any third-party access, breach, or interference, regardless of the security measures in place
Any loss of business, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill
